NOVA offers the following FREE services to local youth (age 16-24):

- Pre-employment workshop
- Guidance from friendly and qualified youth counselors
Does your child need on-on-one assistance to meet his/her career goals?
Your child may qualify for our career guidance program. WIA provides individual support services including: work experience, tutoring, career exploration, job shadowing and college transition. Your child may be eligible if he/she is a(n):
- Economically disadvantaged youth
- Foster youth
- High School drop-out/
at risk of dropping out
- Ex-offender
- Pregnant/Parenting teen
- Youth with disabilities
- Youth ages 16-21
If your child doesn't meet these qualifications, still contact us. We may be able to refer you to other resources.
