Customer Satisfaction Survey Results:
NOVA Job Center

Biannually, NOVA surveys customers to assess their level of satisfaction with the services they receive through the NOVA service-delivery system. The results of the year-end survey for the NOVA Job Center in Sunnyvale are now available and included: 

  • 94.6% of respondents were satisfied with the level of customer service they received at the Job Center;
  • 90.0% were satisfied with the availability/accessibility of career advising appointments;
  • 92.6% were satisfied with the quality/helpfulness of the career advising; and
  • 95.6% were satisfied with the overall quality of the offerings at the Job Center.

Comments included:

  • “Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST you can get ANYWHERE.”
  • “Always walked away with at least one take away. And always more energized in the job search.”
  • “Because of the career advising, it helped me get my job.”
  • “My career advisor took a genuine interest in my job search. Her advice and assistance were extremely helpful.”
  • “ProMatch was absolutely terrific. I took all the NOVA classes, then transitioned over to ProMatch where I got to practice what I’ve learned, which really gave me a deeper understanding of job searching…”
  • “Breadth of classes. Totally practical advice. Kind knowledgeable teachers.”

  • “The workshop instructors were outstanding!”
  • “I love NOVA and am so grateful they were there for me!...”
  • “I have been recommending NOVA to others.”

As with previous surveys, NOVA will incorporate the input it received to continue to improve upon the services it provides to job seekers in the community.
