What Values Driven Work products are offered?
There are two versions of the Values Driven Work values assessment:
1. Card Sort
2. Self-Report Inventory
Your clients can choose to do a values assessment using either the card sort or the self-report inventor. Both versions are supported by the Facilitator's Manual which has reproducible masters of helpful pages. Values Driven Work is appropriate for use with a broad range of populations, including company employees, job seekers, career changers, reentry clients, college students, and those nearing retirement.

How much time does a Values Driven Work assessment take?
It takes approximately 45 minutes to complete the card sort and approximately 30 minutes to complete the self-report inventory.
